The role primarily focuses on managing government projects and corporate clients, ensuring the successful acquisition of contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Government Projects Management:
•Identify, pursue, and secure government contracts and projects aligned with the company's solutions and services.
•Develop a deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
•Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive proposals and tenders tailored to government specifications.
Corporate Client Acquisition and Management:
•Cultivate and expand relationships with corporate clients to understand their technology needs and propose appropriate solutions.
•Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to corporate clients.
•Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with corporate clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•Maintain a robust sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
•Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
•Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
•Generate regular reports, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the technology sector, with experience handling government projects.
•Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
