Qualification and Educational Requirements - BSc or MSc Degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of team leadership experience
- Domain knowledge and experience on Simulators
Mandatory Language English (Fluency, Reading and Writing)
Experience Minimum 20 years.
Primary Responsibility: Managing IT verticals viz. IT Training Support, Simulation Support and IT - Hardware Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of staff including programmers, designers and IT support specialists.
Design and develop software definitions for new IT-related projects.
Responsible for arranging and directing technical activities of software development programs, coordinate engineering activities across the team.
Preparation of procurement specification (PS), technical specification (TS) and system specification (SSD) Documents.
Organize and coordinate review, testing and feedback by subject matter experts during software development
To ensure 24x7 availability of IT Infrastructure and optimum utilization of IT resources by introducing state-of-the-art development tools, maintenance techniques and computing equipment.
To ensure 100% uptime and full operational availability of training simulators.
Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals.
To carry out any other duties as assigned based on aptitude and experience.
