We are in search of a Joinery & Interior Fit out Sales Executive with a background in Interior Fit-out, who must already be based in the UAE. The compensation includes a base salary and commission. This position is based in Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Take charge of overseeing the complete sales and marketing process for the company.
-Drive sales efforts to attain maximum profitability, aligning with annual sales objectives.
-Identify and capitalize on fresh sales opportunities with both current and potential customers.
-Maintain regular meetings with clients and senior management.
-Establish and maintain effective communication channels with other departments and customers to spot all potential sales opportunities.
-Keep accurate records of all sales activities and prepare routine reports to facilitate performance measurement and tracking.
-Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and consultants to ensure the company realizes its full sales potential.
-Ensure the successful execution of awarded projects by monitoring progress and delivering top-quality services post-sale.
-Monitor potential projects where opportunities exist to serve as a supplier a contractor.
-Leverage an existing network and contacts to generate inquiries, proposals, and tender opportunities.
-Oversee the management of tenders and proposals for new business ventures.
Requirements:
-Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
-Hold a minimum of 3 years of similar experience in the Fit-out & Joinery Industry.
-Demonstrate proven UAE experience in project sales and business development within interior design, joinery, or furniture supply organizations.
-Exhibit a strong background in cold and warm calling, industry networking, and referral marketing, with experience in high-revenue client acquisition roles in the UAE.
-Possess strong commercial and financial aen, along with effective negotiation skills.
-Display an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
-Be capable of establishing new business accounts and generating revenue for the company.
-Showcase a track record of achieving sales targets.
-Be well-versed in the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the industry.
-Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
-Be a self-motivated, self-starter, and results-driven professional.
-Have proficiency in MS Office Applications.
-Job Types: Contract, Full-time
-Compensation: AED 2,500.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month, plus commission
-Possess a valid UAE driving license, which is a mandatory requirement.
