Summary:
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. This includes developing and managing paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns, as well as tracking and optimizing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as experience with data analysis and optimization.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns that meet or exceed client goals
•Manage ad campaigns on Meta, Tiktok, Google and Snapchat
•Track and optimize campaign performance
•Work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to achieve them
•Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance marketing
•Work with other members of the marketing team to create a cohesive marketing strategy
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
•2+ years of experience in performance marketing
•Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
•Experience with data analysis and optimization
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
