1. Design, Estimation, and Planning of Scaffolding and Formwork
•Responsibilities:
oDesign and develop customized scaffolding and formwork systems based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
oPrepare detailed cost estimations and project proposals.
oDevelop project schedules, setting realistic timelines and resource allocation plans.
oCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine and optimize design models.
2. Handling and Supervision of the Scaffolding Manufacturing Unit
•Responsibilities:
oOversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of quality control, safety, and efficiency.
oManage production schedules to meet demand, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
oCoordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of raw materials.
oTrain and develop staff to improve performance, safety adherence, and skills.
3. Handling Sales and Marketing to Facilitate Smooth Operations
•Responsibilities:
oDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
oConduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and develop strategies to retain key accounts.
oSet realistic sales targets aligned with the company’s objectives and work with the sales team to achieve them.
4. Manage Timely Collection of Receivables
•Responsibilities:
