Hello, we are Aquaholic Creatives and Marketing, a creative agency based in Abu Dhabi. We are in search for a creative and skilled Multimedia Specialist, with minimum 4+ years of experience, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and creating various forms of media content, including graphics, videos, audio, and interactive elements, to support marketing and communications needs. The Multimedia Specialist will collaborate with the marketing and design team, most importantly the clients, to develop high-quality media content.
Key Responsibilities:
oDevelop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, video productions, and audio materials.
oDesign and produce visual assets for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and other digital platforms.
oCreate compelling multimedia presentations and videos for internal and external communications.
oEdit raw footage of video and photos to create polished, professional multimedia products.
oPerform color correction, sound mixing, and final touch-ups for photo and video projects.
oCollaborate with teams from marketing and design to execute multimedia projects.
oManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
oGather feedback from custom to refine and improve multimedia content.
oUtilize various multimedia software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to create and edit content.
oStay up to date with industry trends and emerging multimedia technologies.
oOptimize multimedia content for various platforms (websites, social media, video-sharing platforms, etc.).
oManage multimedia file storage and organization for easy access and retrieval.
oEnsure content is accessible and follows SEO best practices for digital platforms.
oWork closely with marketing and design teams to align multimedia projects with overall company objectives.
oCommunicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•Proven experience in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and audio production.
•Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
•Strong knowledge of visual design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
•Preferably knowledgeable about Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and etc.
•Multi-lingual in English and any other language (Arabic is an advantage)
•Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.
•Proficient in operating professional cameras and conducting photoshoots and video shoots for clients.
