Technical Duties
• Experience with enterprise network architectures, products, and configurations including data center, SD-WAN and network technologies with multi-vendor.
• 2+ years of customer facing Pre-Sales experience
• Expertise in CLI configurations for Network devices, regular expressions and JavaScript or Python scripting
• Hands on experience with REST API integrations
• Familiarity with Linux administration
• Working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, MS Azure and GCP
• Working knowledge of industry leading virtualization and container solutions
• Cisco CCNP Certified
• FortiNet NSE 1, 2, 3, 4 Certified
General Administrative Duties
• Learning processes from each department.
• Keeping records up to date reporting information when required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
• Develop and utilize a good understanding of Company`s products and services
• Dealing with inquiries in a timely and efficient manner from both internally and external teams.
• Develop an understanding of Company`s revenue structure and pricing.
• Resolving any issues that might arise during the sales process
• Confidently dealing with customers over the phone, mail and Voi communications.
• General administration duties
