Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Boy to assist us in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping with a variety of tasks and ensuring that the office is well-maintained.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office premise
- Responsible for running errands for the office as needed, such as delivering doents, banking, or shopping for office supplies
- Operating office machines like photocopy machines, fax machines, and printers
- Responsible for distributing mails and office correspondence
- Assisting with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying as required
- Good understanding of office protocols
- Preparing and serving snacks and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Take care of the workplace by regular maintenance and repairs
- Providing assistance to colleagues and visitors in need
- Responsible for maintaining inventory and stocks of office supplies and notifying the admin when supplies are running low
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good multitasking and time management skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license required as errands may be required
