Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
•Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
•Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
•Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
•Work closely with the Blue Division to secure sales in CCTV Systems, Access Control, AV & RMS Solutions, and IT & IoT services.
•Cross-sell services from our Red Division, including Construction and Interior Design, when opportunities arise.
•Proven Outbound sales experience of 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in the technical services or IT sector.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
•Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and drive initiatives.
•UAE driving license.
•Outbound Sales Field Work/Travel: 100%
•Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
