We are looking to hire 5 nos. enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executive. A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills and ability to drive sales. will act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver growth and revenue sell-through targets from each business partn
• Manage all the account partners to perform against short and long term company goals across the whole sales proposition
• Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailer management teams Retail partner outlet, Hotels and distribution center
• Actively develops and maintain relationships with customers;
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
• Analyse and report business results and trends on a week basis
• Initiate retail programs, promotions and other marketing strategies for improved business
• Partner with the Reta outlet Manager to ensure the roll-out and execution of the right merchandising solutions.
At least 2 years Sales exposure in FM Retail segments in UAE market. With good communication skills, Customer care, Product Knowledge, Market intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers etc. We only consider candidate with relevant experience in FMGC field with special preference to distribution sales to Hote etc. Must have UAE driver’s license and own car
