Responsible for the creation, decoration, and presentation of desserts such as cakes, pastries and pies.
Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
Good knowledge of pastry arts and ingredients
Confident culinary techniques and skills
Physically able to stand for long hours every day in a hot kitchen.
Diligent and meticulous in making and receiving orders
Punctual and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
