We are a small-scale construction company located in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
Looking for an all-rounder PRO Office Admin
The candidate must have the following skills:
- handle monthly salary calculations and WPS deposits for all employees
- keep track of visa, labour card, health insurance expiry dates and renew whenever needed
- keep record of projects and company expenses
- keep track of all payments made to suppliers, subcontractors etc
- handle all company official paperwork related to trade license such as, trade license renewal, immigration online system renewals etc
- assist the manager whenever needed during clien' meetings
- other general responsibilities

Candidate must have UAE drivers license
Languages:
Bengali (highly preferred but not necessary)
Hin (required)
Arabic (working knowledge at least)
Facilities Provided: Visa, Health Insurance, Transport, Shared Accommodation
