1.Assist the project manager in the development of project management doents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
2.Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial doents
3.Supervise the project procurement process.
4.Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
5.Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
6.Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
7.Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
8.Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
9.Schedule stakeholder meetings, doents and generate reports.
10.Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
xperience: Proven experience as Project Coordinator (minimum 5 years) in Qatar or GCC.
2.Computer literate (Microsoft Software, ERP, AUTOCAD, etc…)
3.Fluent in English & Hindi
4.Physically fit.
5.Ability to work under pressure.
6.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
9.Proficiency in production management.
10.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
11.Driving License is a plus
12.Bachelor's degree in Engineering
