Key Responsibilities:
1.Government Liaison:
oAct as the main point of contact between the company and various UAE government entities, including immigration, labor, and municipality departments.
oEnsure all company licenses, permits, and doents are up-to-date and renewed on time.
oManage the processing of all government applications, including visas, labor cards, trade licenses, and other legal doents.
2.Visa and Immigration Services:
oHandle all employee visa processes, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
oAssist employees and their dependents with residency permits, Emirates ID applications, medical tests, and other immigration-related requirements.
oKeep up-to-date with changes in immigration and labor laws and ensure the company remains compliant.
3.Labor and Employment Compliance:
oManage all MOL (Ministry of Labor) and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) processes, including work permits, labor contracts, and employee grievances.
oEnsure that all employment contracts align with UAE labor laws and assist with employee-related legal matters.
oHandle employee-related government procedures, such as employment visas, work permits, and labor cards.
4.Doent Management:
oMaintain and organize all official company doents and records, including visas, trade licenses, and labor-related doentation.
oEnsure timely submission of doents to relevant government authorities and track their progress.
oManage the renewal and cancellation of government services and doents as required
5.Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
oMonitor and ensure the company’s compliance with all UAE legal and regulatory requirements.
oProvide advice on UAE labor law and government regulations to management and employees.
oStay informed about any changes in UAE laws and regulations that may impact the company and communicate these changes to the relevant departments
6.Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain positive relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
oprofessionally represent the company during all interactions with government entities.
oFacilitate communication between the company and local authorities to resolve any issues or disputes
7.Additional Duties:
oAssist with company-related tasks, such as arranging for business licenses, trade name registration, and other government-related activities.
oSupport management in other administrative tasks as required.
