Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Speciali Technician to join our team in Riyadh. As a QuickBooks Speciali Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial reporting process. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions and generate various financial statements, such as trial balances and general ledgers.
Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks software to record and manage financial transactions accurately.
Generate and analyze financial statements, including trial balances, general ledgers, and income statements.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial doents.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and standards.
Collaborate with the finance team to support the monthly and annual financial reporting process.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary financial doentation.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and QuickBooks functionalities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience working with QuickBooks software.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
