Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential properties for buying, selling, or renting.Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including negotiating contracts, arranging inspections, and handling paperwork.Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and other stakeholders.Utilise marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.Attend networking events, open houses, and other activities to generate leads and expand your client base.
Requirements:3 years of proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.Valid real estate licence in the relevant jurisdiction.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong sales and marketing abilities.Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with real estate software and tools.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
