We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Broker to serve as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offer advice to interested buyers. The goal is to forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement.
Location: AE – Abu Dhabi
Real Estate Broker duties and responsibilities:
•Listing properties for sale
•Sharing brokerage listings with other brokers to get buyers to go to listings
•Advising home sellers on how they better prepare their home for listing and showings
•Supervising property showings
•Reporting results and feedback of the sale to sellers
•Helping buyers locate properties within their desired geographical area, price range and other criteria
•Assisting buyers with visiting properties
•Working with buyers during the sale
•Being able to bring real estate investments and property management projects
Skills and qualifications:
•Marketing skills - a strong understanding of marketing tools and practices, such as social media and local advertising.
•Sales skills - knowing how to close deals and follow up on leads is an asset for real estate brokers
•Management - applying effective leadership and management skills to oversee office employees is vital to the success of a real estate brokerage
•Negotiation - a major ability of real estate brokers is negotiating with buyers and sellers as well as attorneys to arrive at the best agreements for their clients
•Multitasking - the ability to handle negotiations for various clients, communicate with agents and other involved parties, and prepare documents calls for strong multitasking skills
•Communication skills - real estate brokers must display strong oral and written communication skills when preparing documents, speaking with clients, and interacting with real estate professionals
•Collaboration - real estate brokers must work closely with sales agents, home inspectors, mortgage officers, lawyers, and other professionals on a daily basis
•Mentoring - real estate brokers often mentor agents to help them close deals and prepare them for operating their own brokerages
•Experience 3 – 5 years in the industry
•Education - earning a bachelor’s degree or certificate related to the real estate industry
