Candidate Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

The Real Estate Consultants are responsible to pursue new businesses for generating leads and revenues while actively maintaining relations with established clients towards generating future businesses and support the overall operations of the Company.
Reporting to the General Managers, the Real Estate Consultants will play a critical role in helping the Company achieve its strategic performance objectives.
Key Accountabilities:

Generate leads by active networking and building good professional relationships with Owners, Developers and Clients
Attend to all Leads received from online portals, marketing campaigns, requesting referrals from existing clients, as well as other external agencies for potential shared deals. All enquiries to be performed as per the best customer service practices
Update records on CRM regularly; accurately record all client details in the database and ensure that all responses are dealt with, in accordance with customer service standards
Mediate deals between sellers and buyers and ensure compliance to MNA Properties’ policies and code of ethics.
Provide consultation and advise to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Follow Company guidelines for all transactions including issuing, collecting and recording relevant documentation
Develop an in-depth understanding of the local property market through research; competitor analysis, property market direction and specific location prices.
Work with Marketing for new projects to ensure the best platform and visuals to advertise.
Utilise additional selling tactics to pitch exclusivity.
Attend all briefi when scheduled
Complete and submit signed Deal Submission Forms to Accounts Department

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

2-5 years of experience and proven track record in property industry
Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing deals
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing yields (price per square foot or meter) of real estate industry in UAE
Excellent written and oral communication in English. Russian & French will be a big plus
Good presentation and negotiating skills
Previous RERA training and license is an advantage
UAE driver's license and access to own personal transportation
Good personal hygiene and respectful of others in the workplace
