Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing training and support.

Oversee property listings and ensure effective marketing strategies are in place.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve operations and offerings.
Handle client negotiations and finalize high-value deals.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
3-4 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate market.
Must hold a valid UAE visa (own visa/sponsored).
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, market trends, and property management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and other real estate tools.
Fluency in English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license.
