**Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Male & Female)**

**Job Description:**
We are looking for motivated and experienced **Real Estate Sales Executives** to join our dynamic team at **Home K Real Estate** in Ajman. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and fluency in relevant languages.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Ajman and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their property needs.
- Provide expert guidance on buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings, market research, and negotiation processes.
- Manage leads and inquiries efficiently, ensuring high conversion rates.
**Requirements:**
- **Fluent in English and Arabic** (for one position) OR **Fluent in Urdu** (for the second position).
- **Prior experience in real estate sales** is mandatory.
- Must already possess a valid UAE visa.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in Ajman, or willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of the Ajman property market is an advantage.
