- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and doent preparation
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company's produc
- Uphold security and confidentiality protocols in handling sensitive information
- Handle occasional ad- hoc tasks and projects to support the overall office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a related customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (MS Office Suite, email, etc.)
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience
