Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations.
Notify staff of visitor arrivals.
Mail and Package Handling:
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Coordinate courier and postal services.
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Support various departments with clerical duties.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Relay messages accurately and promptly.
Office Maintenance:
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
