Job Description

As a Receptionist at
, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing a positive and professional experience for all visitors and callers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company.
Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations.
Notify staff of visitor arrivals.
Mail and Package Handling:

Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Coordinate courier and postal services.
Administrative Support:

Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Support various departments with clerical duties.
Communication:

Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Relay messages accurately and promptly.
Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
