Job Description

The Receptionist Legal Secretary will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to the team. S provides administrative support to lawyers and other legal professionals. They perform a variety of duties, including drafting doents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating clients, and maintaining case files.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the team
Coordinate and assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
Assist with special projects as requested by the management team
Draft legal doents under legal professional supervision, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Answer phones and take messages for lawyers and other legal professionals.
Schedule appointments and maintain lawyers' and Legal Consultants calendars.
Prepare and send out correspondence and emails on behalf of lawyers and Legal professional.
Maintain case files and doents.
Gather information for client intake and cases.
Assist in trial preparation.
Perform administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and filing.
Case doents and case development related digital and non-digital data management


Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 4 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with clients and visitors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ranges from AED 3000 to AED 7500
