Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting techniques.
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company's employer brand.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Has background in headhunting niche positions and passive candidates.
Has experience in bulk hiring within a tight deadline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven min. 5 yrs UAE experience as a Recruiter, Digital or FinTech industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
