Salary:- 3,000aed onwards
WORKING DAYS : Monday-Saturday ( Sunday fixed off)
WORK HOURS : 9:00AM - 6:00PM
PREFFERED LANGUAGES : English & Hindi Mandatory
Looking for a candidate for a long term relationship in the organisation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Building and maintaining relationships: Developing strong and trusting relationships with clients or customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals. Act as the main point of contact and establish regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Account management: Managing and growing existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services. Monitoring account performance, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client retention.
3. Needs assessment: Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements, challenges, and objectives. Identifying opportunities to provide value and recommending appropriate products, services, or solutions to meet their specific needs.
4. Communication and coordination: Maintaining effective and proactive communication with clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and addressing client needs effectively.
5. Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues, concerns, or conflicts that may arise during the client relationship. Taking a proactive approach to anticipate and address potential problems, and finding solutions that meet both the client's needs and the organization's objectives.
6. Sales support: Assisting the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Providing client information, market insights, and support during the sales process to help acquire new clients or expand the organization's client base.
7. Relationship growth and retention: Developing strategies to grow and deepen client relationships. Providing personalized attention, identifying opportunities for additional value, and fostering long-term partnerships to ensure client loyalty and retention.
8. Market awareness: Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Having a good understanding of the organization's products or services, and being able to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
