6- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

9- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
10- Organize and supervise shifts
11- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
12- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
13- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
14- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
15- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
16- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
17- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
1- Having knowledge of delivery platform is an advantage
2- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
3- Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers.
4- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Revel, QR code menu.
5- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
