- Can manage over all restaurant and kitchen operations including purchases Coordinated with marketing department and develop strategy and find new venues to enhance sales.
- Manage service and banquet venues
- Planned organize schedule and followed day to day
- Planned organizes events, buffet foods and all day ala cart menu.
- In-charge for bring business, performance of restaurant.
