Purpose of Job:
The position serves as a frontliner of the business. It is responsible to achieve given sales target, comply in the required Customer Service Standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains efficie customer service using the CS and Selling Process at all times
- Maximizes sales opportunities in the process of closing a sale during customer encounters
- Performs the following functions to drive more sales:
- Attends and assists customers in the selection and choice of merchandise
- Presents features, functions, purposes, benefits, uses, brand and quality of the products
- Ensures to push suggestive selling techniques by offering other product alternatives
- Replenishes items on display and ensures availability of items in the selling area
- Merchandises and arranges display of items
- Monitors movement of items and informs the sto management team of the fast and slow moving items as basis for future replenishment activities
- Updates the Line Manager of inter-sto transfers to ensure quali quantity of merchandise and timely delivery of items
- Ensures that all items in the selling area are properly displayed and merchandised, with correct prices, with labels and security tags
- Promotes and supports sto campaigns, brand marketing strategies, activities, promotions and loyalty programs
- Helps implement health, safety and security control and practices in the workplace - e.g., merchandise loss, damage, pilferage, theft, fire prevention, etc.
- Assists in periodic sto invento
- Deals with customer queries and routine product questions utilizing sto and product knowledge
- Handles customer complaints and directs concerns to appropriate channels when necessary
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in cleaning the sto if necessary and proper stocking of items
- Supports management decisions, requirements, expectations
- Commits to follow and observe all sto policies, rules and regulations
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by h Line Manag
