The Department:

The Job Role:
The Job holder is expected to carry out the duties coordinating with rest of the organization in order to ensure increased business performance and employee effectiveness, providing practical solutions, in most efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Minimize risk and maximize opportunities analyzing market / industry trends, core business process and knowledge management.
Work closely with the Management to develop and implement system software to manage and increase business performance.
Develop insight to manage business portfolios, web and portal and contents, to channel digital and electronic solutions for product performance.
Establish the threats and risks to a business and define security strategy.
Identify and advise the risk and opportunities to various transactions.
Appraise the quality and reliability of information for effective decision making.
Maintain customer satisfaction and client relationship, identifying new opportunities and growth.
Understand and manage carefully local and international contracts. Preparation and approval of doents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts. Ensure vital doents are signed and payments received.
Ensure successful closing of business deals, effective management of portfolios and revenue generations.
Work closely with the Management to develop effective HR policies and procedures to meet organizational needs – terms and conditions of employment, contracts to improve employer branding and employee engagement, remuneration strategy, employee relations, employee communications, and personnel administration.
Increase business performance through employee effectiveness by implementing career development training programs based on the business needs and potential benefits.
Work closely with management to structure motivating reward strategies and retention best practices to encourage and retain talent employees.
Manage legal and regulatory requirements for Co. staff.
Implement best value for money, adopting precise administrative, IT and staff selection measures for effective and efficient business operations.
Oversee, allocate, monitor and control the activities undertaken in the business unit.
Manage and control staff productivity related to daily processing requirements.
Coach, mentor and appraise team members to help them achieve desired performance levels.
Housekeeping requirements as laid down in the policy and procedure guidelines to be met.
Ensure completion of any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Adherence to prescribed procedures and guidelines at all times.
