Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Real Estate Sales Team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), be proficient in editing PDFs, and have skills in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in creating sales presentations and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong skills in PDF editing and formatting.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop for design-related tasks.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional client follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Calendar management experience, with a high level of organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.

Salary: 3000 to 4000 depending on experience
