To be an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager with deep understanding and experience in the Food and Nutrition markets within the region. An experienced individual who can strategize and negotiate with both customers as well as principals, can-do attitude, excellent in sustaining a good rapport with all stakeholders, internally as well as externally.
Co-ordination with the Business Unit Manager for organizing customer events, review meetings and reports
• Providing market intelligence and insights on potential business opportunities
• Liaising with Customer Service Representative for sales orders and dispatch details
• Supporting payment collection and co-ordinating with customers and accounts receivable team
• Expanding the portfolio with existing customers and generating new customer base
• Visiting existing and potential customers on a timely basis across the applicable geographical scope
• Submitting timely reports w.r.t sales, customer visits and complying with the existing CRM
• Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
• Sufficient understanding of food technology and food ingredients.
• Deep understanding of food ingredients market in the region including knowledge about suppliers, distributors, and connection to food manufacturers.
• Well-versed with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
•Valid driving license.
•Ready to travel around the region up to 50% of working time.
