Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and overseeing the team's performance to achieve revenue goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team and individual sales representatives.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Identify new market opportunities and target segments to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
Lead by example and actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and performance expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train and onboard new sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high-performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
