Job Description

Job Overview: The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, mentorship, performance management, and ensuring a high standard of service. The Sales Manager will also maintain relationships with clients and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Set performance targets and regularly review agents' progress.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives to drive leads.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, open houses, and client showings.
Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and potential high-value clients.
Ensure the highest standard of customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Assist with negotiations and closing of property sales when needed.
Administrative and Reporting Duties:

Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
Manage budgets related to the sales department and allocate resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Oversee contracts, agreements, and transaction doentation to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement new technologies and tools that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Organize regular team meetings to discuss sales goals, share best practices, and foster team collaboration.


Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; real estate license required
