* Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
* Create,expand & build positive top-of-mind awareness.
* Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, and competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
* Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the A+ management team.
* Coordinate and assist in the proposal process.
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
* Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
* Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
* Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
* Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Salary package: Basic Salary (2500 QAR - 3500 QAR) + incentives.
