Audit data against existing Trade audit sheets by visiting all customers assigned by the Sales Manager.
Monitor Merchandising standards and further adherence to Shelf Planograms
Monitor and ensure all Pricing policies are accurate.
Implement and maintain Trade auditing policies and procedures.
Implement methods that measure and evaluate the effectiveness of existing Trade control systems.
Identify and establish corrective actions needed to address problem areas related to merchandising and servicing
issues.
Perform potential sales growth assessment on all merchandised outlets and communicate these assessments via
written report to the Sales Manager
Prepare and present reports on Competitor activities and analyze trends and changes in the market.
Monitor CGA Promoters (third party) and various promotions.
Experience of atleast one-year sales in Co- Ops in FMCG field
High Degree from a recognized institution
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point) and outlook applications
Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism
Ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must have the demonstrated ability to develop statistical reports to identify trends a problems and establish
corrective steps and measures.
Must own a car and valid Kuwait driving license
Must have a valid Kuwait residency
