We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations, motivate staff, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to boost sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Monitor, guide, and support sales staff in shops and showrooms.
Planning & Strategy: Develop sales plans, set targets, and provide actionable insights to the team.
Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, coach the team to reach their sales target
Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding customer service and create strategies to enhance satisfaction levels.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve overall showroom performance.
Product Knowledge: Work with various lighting products and stay updated on industry trends.
Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Optional: Provide assistance in lighting design concepts and customer consultations.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales supervision, retail management, or business development.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
· Ability to develop creative ideas for sales growth and customer engagement.
· Proficiency in preparing performance reports and analyzing data.
· Knowledge of lighting products and retail sales strategies is a plus.
· Positive, motivational attitude with a focus on achieving results.
