Your mission :
Establishment and sending of customer invoices
Management of supplier payments and debit reminders
Handle customer and supplier calls
Entering and filing invoices
Preparation and sending of customer invoices
Processing of bank reconciliations
Management of litigation files
Drafting of correspondence and internal notes
General Administration
Good knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
