Responsibilities:
1-Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
2-Provide high level customer service.
3-Follow cash handling procedures
4-Focal point of contact with the customers for yoga booking classes
5-Make sure to Schedule the classes in appropriate way
6-Contact and updating all the yoga instructors with all the booking classes
7-Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
Must take initiative and be a self-starter in handling daily tasks, provide through
communication, taking care of customer requests
Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in the moment
Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of
personalities
Excellent grooming standards
Must have a positive attitude
Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette and excellent communications skills
Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule – some weekend, holiday
and some early morni evening availability required!
