Responsible for accounts receivables & payables.
Posting records of Purchase, expenditure invoices and payroll.
Payment Preparation (Cheque/Cash)
Reconciliation of ledgers and verifying entries
Keeping track of all payments & receipts
Maintain related files and Records
Responsible for Petty cash Management
Generating monthly ageing report
Bank reconciliation.
A hard working and intelligent person with sound knowledge of accounting , self starter reporting to the management.
Sound knowledge of excel and can do correspondence with customers. Previous experience in Trading ( Export & Import) will be preferred. Should be well versed with FOREX. Apart from Account Management should have knowledge of Commercial aspect like Proforma Invoi Invoice & VAT and knowledge of stocks too. Preference will be given to the candidate who have own visa and are available locally and have considerable experience in UAE.
