•Minimum 15-20 Year experience in working Oil & Gas construction works.
•Provides assistant construction management services.
•Knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
•Assists with oversight of progress of construction.
•Assists in coordinating and monitoring activities of contracto, engineers, architects, and related performing entities.
•Assists Construction Manager in managing project controls, cost, schedule, performance activities, and procedures or as required by the client.
•Conducts project meetings and provide meeting minutes, documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information.
•Ensures contractors, Construction, and engineers will adhere to contractual requirements on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipment.
•Assists in providing management of project logistics, organization and safety.
•Performs other duties as required to ensure project success.
•Bachelor's Degr in Engineering, in mechanical engineering
•Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Assisting Construction Manager.
•Experience with KOC projects in Kuwait.
•Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
•Knowledge of project contro, documentation, engineeri principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices is required.
•Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
•Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) is preferred.
