JOB SUMMARY:
Perform IT support & assistance across all aspects of IT systems, network implementation, maintenance and administration. Position carries out coordination, installation, testing, and technical tasks in support of the local, wide area, wired and wireless network systems and participates in developing and implementing IT Infrastructure plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardwa / network security procedures and network management plans.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Systems administration & support:
Administrate cloud systems
Administrate Email and Internet access
Study and recommend best MS Office and Windows software purchasing options
Optimize user license for office 365 and other systems
Administrate ERP, HIS and other systems
Data migration from cloud to On-premise
Configure local email exchange server
Create VM’s and optimize and allocate on premise server space to resourc, etc
Work on all Windows based Operating Systems.
Troubleshoot all kinds of Hardware problems and determine malfunctions in Hardware and Software.
Run diagnostic programs for malfunctioning.
Make backups of all important files in case the computer needs to reinstall or the hard drive has bad sectors.
Maintain an overall backup management system
Install Windows based hardware drivers and software.
Install and service the of Dot Matrix, Desk Jet, Card, Barcode, Point of Sale and LaserJet printers.
Install or deploy Window based computers.
Install and reconfigure the Intranet and Microsoft Outlook
Configure PCs for network, display adapter, scanners, printer drivers and other accessories with attachment C posts and Universal System Bus.
See the print collate and provide recover items like ribbons, inkjet cartridge and toner cartridges.
Install and configure all drivers and adapters of various software in all windows platforms.
Install Microsoft application software which is necessary for end users day to day Job like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat etc.
Log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
Liaise with colleagues in all departments Support and Technical teams to ensure continuity of service for all users.
Responsible for smooth functioning of client machine.
Periodically remove unwanted files from user machines, and scan and update Anti-viruses.
Responsible for system installation, configuration and maintenance.
Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities.
Plan, coordinate, execute new software version.
Ensure IT security policies are implemented and effective
Manage the daily activities of local and wide area network systems
Perform and support designing and configuring of the local and wide area computer, wired and wireless, and voice networks.
Perform diagnostics, schedules preventative maintenance. Create and implement Active Directory Group Policies as per organizational requirements
Network Administration & support
Network setup and optimization
Maintain and update port distribution maps and tables
Network management and trouble shooting
Evaluation of internet options and capacity requirements
Internet resource allocation, utilization and control
Network support and trouble shooting
Network cable termination and testing as and when required.
Install, administer, and test of network devices, hubs, routers, switches, cabling, and other related network componen under the guidance of the Network Engineer and in accordance with published standards.
Troubleshoots network failures and errors; and diagnoses, isolates, and resolves routine to moderate complex network related problems ensuring timely results and minimal disruption of operations.
Monitor, and implement network security procedures for safeguarding all networking systems.
Perform facility surveys for network communications and makes recommendations to the Network Engineer for the layout and location of network components, equipment, cabling, and wiring.
Maintain records of work completed and in-progress; and updates network documentation to record installations, upgrades, configurations, etc.
Manage network management programs and assists the Network Engineer in preparing network status reports.
Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by the Company.
Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
Perform any other task within the realm of work as assigned by the Supervis of Department.
