This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager – ELV and System Integration at ELV Company located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Service Manager – ELV and System Integration will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and their integration within the organization. They will manage a team of technicians and engineers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor of engineering degr holder in Electrical, Electronics, Related Engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ELV system installation and integration projects.
•Expertise in ELV systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Structured Cabling.
•Strong knowledge of system integration principles and techniques.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
•Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
