We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team in the UAE. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse. This is a key role that ensures the smooth flow of goods in and out of our stores and facilities.
1-Track and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure that stock levels are well-maintained and reorder items when necessary.
2- Receive incoming deliveries, check for accuracy, and inspect goods for quality and condition.
3- Ensure items are stored in the proper location and maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
4- Monitor stock expiration dates (if applicable) and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure the method is applied.
5-Keep detailed records of stock movements, deliveries, and discrepancies. Maintain logs for stock counts and inventory adjustments.
6-Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery to customers, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
7-Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile any discrepancies in stock levels.
8-Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are followed, including the proper handling of materials and the use of equipment.
9-Work closely with the purchasing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and smooth workflow.
1-Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role in a warehouse or retail environment.
2-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3-Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
4-Good knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
5-Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and move goods as needed.
6-Familiarity with safety regulations and inventory control procedures.
7-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8-Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
9-High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus).
