Structural Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings and plans for concrete and steel structures, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other structural components.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create accurate and detailed drawings.
Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
Review and analyze project specifications, sketches, and drawings to determine the necessary information and details for drafting.
Perform site visits to collect measurements and other data as needed.
Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients.
Maintain an organized database of drawings and related doents.
Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman, with a strong portfolio of concrete and steel projects.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
