Job Description:
The Tele Sales Agent in Real Estate is responsible for contacting prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants to promote, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties in Dubai. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the company’s property offerings.
Generate and qualify new leads from online inquiries, referrals, and company databases.
Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with lead information and interactions.
Provide potential buyers, tenants, and investors with detailed information about available properties.
Understand the needs of clients and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences (location, price range, etc.).
Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
Minimum of 06 months experience in tele sales, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, Hindi, French or any other international language will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
