Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our services.
- Responding to incoming calls from customers interested in learning more about smart home solutions.
- Identifying and qualifying leads through conversations with potential customers (probing questions to understand their needs, interests, and budget).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns they may have, and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on conversations, sales orders, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
