As a Telesales Executive for our Exhibition Production Company, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our exhibition services. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue and contribute to the company's growth by converting leads into clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive brand image.
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales prospecting and lead generation.
Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from sales, marketing, and production departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
