As an Outbound Telesales Representative, you will play the role of a hunter engaging with the market generating leads and convert - regularly engaging with key contacts through outbound calls, ensuring all customer emails and calls are dealt with efficiently, and identifyi upsell opportunities.
Job Profile;
Target, develop, and grow set accounts through regular Engagement and Visits where required.
Pitching IT Solutions into account base
Delivering excellent service across your clients
Identifying and acting on new opportunities
Build strong relationships with key contacts
Day to day account management including; Mapping, Forecasting, and providing customer quotes
Resolving client queries where possible
Building excellent relationships within your team and among the wider team
Customer visits monthly wherever required.

Previous Account Management experience or Telesales experience (experience of working in IT industry is desirable but not essential)
Proven sales experience
Confident and engaging telephone manner
Desire to not only achieve but exceed sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Clear and personable communication skills at all levels
Ability to manage your time and workload
Motivation to continuously develop your industry knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft office including excel and outlook
