We are seeking a creative and organized female candidate to fill a unique full-time role that combines videography with administrative duties. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of handling both the creative production of video content and the operational tasks necessary for smooth studio operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both visual storytelling and managing client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:•Videography:•Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), website, and client projects.•Coordinate video shoots with clients, manage video equipment, and ensure timely delivery of content.•Stay up-to-date with social media trends to create engaging video content that aligns with Shutter’s brand.•Executive Assistant Duties:•Handle client bookings, inquiries, and communication.•Manage studio scheduling, meetings, and daily operations.•Organize and maintain invoices, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Qualifications:•Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) with a portfolio showcasing previous work.•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to professionally handle client interactions.•Attention to detail and the ability to balance creative and operational responsibilities.•Must be based in Qatar (local hire).
