Role Description:

This role requires identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and developing long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and partnerships for expansion.
Lead the generation of new leads through various channels including networking, social platforms, referrals, and market outreach.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and partners to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert high-value leads into long-term clients.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining profit margins and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and business development achievements.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve services and products.
